This property was perfect for us, it’s in a great location has every facility that we needed for our first holiday with our two springers . There were mince pies to great us ( we stayed just after Christmas ) and the property was warm and cosy. We had enough logs for 2 days and then bought more from a local farm shop which is just a 3 min drive away. If you arrive late and didn’t plan ahead for dinner there’s a nice pub about 4 min drive away and also a good fish n chip shop near the convenient Co op. The bathroom facilities/ shower etc were all great, very good power shower and the other bathroom has a super roll top bath. The decking area is completely secure so you can let your dog wander in and out without escaping . Had the weather been better we would have visited more places as this location is perfect to get around the South Downs and beaches on the coast . We found a place called Perch on Worthing pier which did a fantastic breakfast and the menu for lunch and dinner looked great albeit we only had breakfast . All in all we could not fault it here and will definitely be returning ( when it’s not raining !)
