The Blo Air-RS certainly packs a punch, and has good drying power, but in all honesty you will dry your car significantly quicker with a good drying towel. You need to go over each panel a good couple of times to ensure it’s fully dry. If you have patience and time, the dryer is a good bit of kit, especially to avoid unwanted marring or scratches inflicted during the drying stage, with the bonus of being able to force water out of unreachable areas, such as from under seals or behind wing mirror glass and intricate areas on sports cars & supercars. If you’re buying it only to try and save drying time, I wouldn’t recommend it. It is however extremely useful for drying wheels, and getting into caliper and lug nut areas, and that’s what I will now mainly use it for, having used it after 4 drying sessions. Perhaps the bigger twin motor GT version is much more effective at drying panels quickly? Maybe that is the dryer I should have opted for in the first place.
