When I received the ring, I was floored at how beautiful it was I purchased a lab-grown 2.45C oval diamond ring in a Mary Solitaire setting (D color, VVS2 clarity, LW ratio of 1.53). The gemologists talked me through how much bowtie was in the ring, the pros and cons of my specific diamond, and answered all the questions I had in a timely manner! My fiancé loves the ring, and she gets compliments on it all the time! I also had the ring appraised and felt that Rare Carat's price was extremely competitive. I even found the exact same diamond on some "other" popular online engagement ring websites, and Rare Carat was offering the diamond and setting at less than half of what other sites were offering! Can't say enough good things about Rare Carat. Absolutely would recommend purchasing from them (also it comes in the coolest wooden ring box I've ever seen).
