I purchased the new KickAss 608w hot plate for a trip up the WA coast, I often run gas but the wind and time setting up is an issue. Every time I wanted to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner the hot plate jumped to life heating up in around 2-3minutes and cooked bacon, steak , asparagus and eggs with ease. After cooling down it was a simple wipe clean then store away in the bag for next time. I’m running a 1000w inverter and had zero issues
