This bar is everything that I had hoped for! I purchased it for my seven year old daughter and it adjusts to many heights for a variety of skills. It is sturdy and has the feel of any gym quality bar. Assembly was a breeze and delivery was shockingly fast. Even my ten year old (non gymnast) son loves it!
