Rose Clear saves effort as it combines fungicide with insecticide. I was warned against using it on fuchsias by a fuchsia grower but use it wherever I see blackfly/whitefly, black spot on roses and box blight. Box needs at least one spray a year but you can see new growth a month later. Below example of two somewhat dead box a few months later.
