This was my first time ordering from the meat box and I was extremely impressed.
The meat arrived on time and was well packaged.
The leg was a delicious leg of lamb! The colour and quality of the meat was top notch. I cooked this slightly differently to a normal leg. Smoked it and then braised it. All together it was cooking for 7 hours.
The bone pulled right out and the meat shredded by hand beautifully, nothing went to waste. My family absolutely loved it!
I will definitely be buying again.
