This is a beautiful LCD panel. Nice colours, sharp image and barely any bezel on three sides. If you are planning to make a custom frame all the glassy bits are active bits. Just enable overscan on your Raspberry Pi to make use of the entire screen.
I used it to make a custom 'All in one' computer with a Raspberry Pi. I used a custom powersupply that splits 12V input into a 12V and 5V output allowing me to use one power supply for both the monitor and the Raspberry Pi.
