I'm very happy with the belt; it's my first one. It has already boosted my confidence, allowing me to increase the load on my lifts. Now, everything feels much more targeted, and my technique is also falling into place. I purchased this belt to see if it would make a difference for me, and it absolutely has. My next goal is to get a custom belt in a few months! :) One piece of advice I would offer is regarding the measurement process. It suggests measuring around your belly button, which is correct. However, if you're like me and have some extra padding around the middle, you might be a couple of inches smaller than you think. (Refer to my photo - based on the measurements, I should be in the middle, but to achieve a really snug fit, I have to fasten it a few prongs beyond that).
