I ordered size 6 but they were too small I really needed size 7, after a quick call to the service department who were extremely courteous and helpful I got the free returns label and they exchanged them for the size I needed, very fast efficient service and great boots this is my second pair for my young grandson. Will continue to use and buy from this site.
