Their order cancellation process is just, "No." A bit crazy. If you place an order on accident and try to cancel it minutes later they will just respond that that is impossible and try to ship the item anyway.
I had to go trough my payment processor to stop the order. What an antiquated policy for an internet retailer in 2024.
