Not a great start with 1st central.
They locked our account as they wanted documentation but their email did not come through. I tried the website but was unable to select any options.
I called them on a Saturday and they were still unable to email me the request so asked me to call back on Monday.
Switching insurance is usually much more straight forward than this!
