Bathmate hydroextreme 7, highly recommend.
First VED I have ever had and recommend this brand and model by my urologist. Glad I listened. Build quality is great and once you figure out the trick it's super easy to use with water or just air.
For those worried about what size to get. Go for the smaller size if you are right on the end of range. I got the 5-7 and being 7 glad I didn't get the bigger size. The way the bellows work means it's got plenty of room. The 7-9 would defo been more awkward.
