The site was easy to complete information and it did not crash after hitting the submit button. However, it's been almost four weeks and no email update of the claim from AirAdvisor.
Now October 11, 2023 and still no email update.
UPDATE as of 1/24/2024 now past 120 days, no reponse from Air Advisor or British Airways. What do I need to do to get a response or resolution? Update as of 3/9/2024 still no email update.
