I want to thank you for the management, although it is known that it is a long term process, there was always transparency about the status of the process, I did not have to be in constant contact with a person who effectively communicated to me what was just in the App. At the end the outcome was favourable both for me and for Air Advisor, as from now on they will have my recommendation for this type of situation in which many users are affected and few get compensation.
