AirAdvisor service is extremely professional. They did excellent follow-up on my case, keeping me informed of every development. Avianca compensated me!!!! and AirAdvisor notified me by Email immediately and the next day the money was already credited to my bank account. I just had to provide my banking details to AirAdvisor in advance and they took care of everything else. Impeccable service! The only thing I didn't like was the percentage for AirAdvisor support (AirAvisor commission) since it seemed a bit high to me. However, from the beginning all the information provided by AirAdvisor was clear, especially regarding commissions and the amounts of money to be returned. However, I did not know how to process a complaint with an Airline. The AirAdvisor service was very convenient for me, since everything was very easy, safe and I practically didn't do anything... I recommend it!
