I haven't arrived at my destination in Italy yet to verify if indeed money from Air advisor was deposited, but you listened and are listening again as I dispute with British Arways for continuously departing a few hours late causing me 8 hour delays at Heathrow because I missed my connecting flight. It will not happen again because I will not fly British again. I'm theory, Air advisor deposited 300 Euros to my account. My purpose in filing a complaint was not to get monetary compensation but to make British accountable for their disorganization. Thank you for listening
