My claim has been handled accidentally by AirAdvisor since they intercepted my claim I had addressed to BA. In the end result I had quite happy the way things turned out. Know I am just looking forward to receive the promised refund of my flight tickets and additional expenses which need to by covered. Thank you and remain yours sincerely
