When I originally requested compensation from American Airlines for our 5 hours flight delay, I was asked what the airlines did for you. I informed them that got a sandwich and a cup of coffee. They felt that this was sufficient and were not prepared to offer any other form of compensation. It was then I took the help from Air Advisor and I was extremely delighted when I received the compensation amount.
