I tried to claim with airline 3 years ago and received email of technical jargon explaining why we didn't qualify for compensation. Finally got around to trying out a company who claim to do it all for you! - And they did. I just gave our names, flight no, date etc. and completed a couple of simple forms online and they did the rest. Although, I had to wait for five months but we received our 3 years pending claim in our hands. Yes - the company take a cut out of your compensation - but the rest is money we would not have received without their efforts. Thank you for your action.
