Inadvertently booked bus from Dublin to Cork for 9am instead of 8am.
Emailed to request change but only curt response was unable to change as flexi booking wasn’t purchased ~ which I hasten to add wasn’t offered on booking.
Used your service twice now and have issues both times ~ will not be using your service again and would advise future customers not to use your service either.
Extremely poor customer service!
