No refund!?!
We contacted Aircoach three weeks before the booked date to cancel the trip to the airport.
To our request we got the answer “Unfortunately we can’t give you a refund,
what would you like us to do?”
We never came across a no refund policy and are upset. Below this box it asks How easy was it to get a refund? How many days did the refund take?
