22nd/23rd January. Waited at Terminala 2 aircoach stop for two scheduled buses that didn't show up. Nobody around, no real time display, no tracking available and no information on social media. Appallingly bad. I wouldn't even give one star but your form has no minus category. Surely you have ample options to advise customers so that they don't wait in vain or is it that you just don't care
