Return flight to Belfast International was cancelled and moved back 9 hours. I emailed Air Coach two weeks in advance asking if I could be put on a later bus and was basically told 'you should have booked flexi' and that I would have to buy new tickets. Absolutely ridiculous, there is no understanding for changing travel plans out of your control
