We traveled from Dublin Airport to Belfast with return tickets. Appreciated the Dublin Airport staff who assisted with loading the coach and storing luggage. They did a great job keeping everything organized. The drivers were courteous and safe especially on our return trip due to rain and sleet in the Belfast area at time of departure. I especially want to thank Aircoach personnel for locating and returning my CPAP machine that I had left on the curb in Belfast prior to our journey on Saturday, 11 March. I didn't realize that I had not loaded it on the coach until I arrived at Dublin Airport. I immediately brought it to the attention of the Aircoach staff who was assisting passengers alighting from the coach. The gentleman I spoke with told me that he already knew about my situation and that the CPAP machine would be arriving on the next bus from Belfast. He told us to wait until the next coach arrive and come back to the Aircoach kiosk to pick it up. We did, and my lost bag was waiting for me.
