Appalling customer service; no attempt to help customer who booked the wrong day simply due to confusion ie flight departs country of origin on a Monday but arrives on early hours of a Tuesday.
Time wasted explaining over emails and nothing done to assist.
Would have expected a “good faith” approach as is customary in these situations
