Outstanding customer service! Winnie was there with me helping me through long and drawn out mail delays, and she’s very lovely! As far as the lamp, I haven’t had any major pain-level-8 headaches since receiving my lamp, but it has definitely been easy on the eyes! I love that the white light option is a nice warm glow, since the white-blue light common with LEDs and fluorescent lights are a trigger for me. I’ve been using it in both green and white mode to do my reading and while the green take a little getting used to, I love it so far! Thank you again so much!
