I’ve been extremely light sensitive due to Chronic Migraine for over 12 years. I’m in the dark in my room for about 15 days a month. My Neurologist recommended the Allay lamp, which has been amazing in allowing me to have comfort of light during some painful days. I use it everyday! The green light is soothing to my eyes & has been incredibly calming.
