Very happy with the service and product provided. The technician was great in did a professional job. They fixed the gaps that we had at the top and bottom, new seal around it. The motor used to sway every time due to the improper installation of the previous owners, but this doesn't sway and is quiet. He was great, installation went smoothly and he cleaned up nicely afterwards. Very highly recommended. Very happy with what we got.
