My experience was similar to others. The initial phone contact was polite, friendly and efficient. The response was remarkably prompt. I called in the morning and they showed up by noon. The service man was efficient and though I had thought I needed parts, which he could have easily gotten me to buy, he made adjustments which made replacements unnecessary. The charges were exactly as quoted. I couldn't be more pleased.
