Very friendly and helpful customer service team. Very fast and prompt delivery on the day you ask for and kept well informed about when delivery would be made. Delivery/pick up guys were nice and friendly would do anything to help. The only issue I had was with the guy who was helping the person to deliver my item he took it upon himself to get my item from the van without help and dropped it whilst the other person was using his trolley to remove my old appliance instead of waiting for him to bring back the trolley and then get it off the tail lift of the van. Thank heavens the item wasn't damaged only the outer packaging
