We recently redesigned the back of our house (3 story victorian terrace) and one part of the project that we were realy excited about was putting together a bathroom just for us the adults, (the kids have one on the top floor). Looking around to find a product that ticked all the boxes (Worked in a small bathroom, British Made, British Designed, Modern, Stone composite) we (the wife) soon narrowed it down to the 'Soak' Freestanding Japanese Soaking Stone Bath. Stunning to look at, the perfect proportions for a smaller room, the perfect upright design to allow the user to look out the window into gardens. Choosing this became the catalyst and focal point for designing the rest of the bathroom. We paired it with the Novello Vanity Unit & Stone Basin to accentuate and mirror the curves of the bath and chose microcement wall tiles and porcelain floor tiles from ConceptTile to further elevate the feeling of being in a room that was all about natural materials, texture and a restrained and calm sense of quality. The end result, the wife's favourite room is now the bathroom and her favourite thing from the whole rebuild is her Aquaroc Soak bath. Choosing this one single piece of high quality design raised our sights and actually made us create something far more special that we initially had in mind. It is a bathroom that will last us a lifetime and give us a sense of peace and pleasure every single day. Worth every single penny and a great investment in how we live. Final cherry on the top, ordering and delivery was faultless. 10/10
