We have had our vita hot tub for a few weeks now and highly recommend Richard and his team . From presales to ordering to delivery and installation the service has been first class. We had an issue with the position of the spa but only realised once it had been filled.It was no trouble whatsoever for the installation guys who came back after a week to help drain the tub ,add extra cable and rotate to the preferred position. Any queries relating to chemicals or indeed anything you are unsure of then the answer is a quick email or phone call away . I had lots of questions being a first timer but was made to feel like nothing was too much trouble . I must mention Ian ,who came to help me drain the spa after I got in a pickle (easy to do once you know how)such a lovely friendly guy who went over and above and couldn’t do enough to make sure I was happy before he left. Ian returned the next day to rotate the spa and again was professional ,extremely helpful and friendly -a real credit to the team. After researching lots of spas with different retailers I was so glad I found aqua warehouse ,the best price,the best service and we are the proud owners of a beautiful spa .
