I've had an order with Arthur Beale where I received two of the same item instead of a set as was mentioned on the website, I contacted support and the next day received a refund for one of the items (that I didn't even have to return) as the other part was discontinued. The minor inconvenience was sorted so quickly and efficiently that I wanted to leave a truly wholehearted recommendation in how they handle support. Very trustworthy and customer focused! Highly recommended!
