My thanks to Gordon and the Audio Emotion team for supplying my Graham LS5/5 loudspeakers. They are a significant downsize on what went before and my wife is understandably delighted, without caring at all what they sound like! Gordon delivered them personally to my home in Edinburgh and assisted me with unboxing and setting them up, before driving back to Leven. Audio Emotion offered a fair trade-in allowance against my old loudspeakers which made this deal financially viable. Customer service was much better than I have experienced at competitor HiFi suppliers in Edinburgh. I did not feel under any pressure to buy and I will certainly return to Audio Emotion next time I am considering a HiFi purchase.
