The quality of the bracelets is truly top rate, unique and beautiful, the staff responds to emails quickly, helpfully and courteously, and the two times I have needed support (once for a resizing and once for a repair), they went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. I started with just 2 bracelets but now have 6, all of which I think are great. I shop online all the time and very rarely get the service and quality that would motivate me to write a review, but for Aurum Brothers I do this gladly. Truly a top rate company!
