I have purchased multiple bracelets from this company. However, when I ordered my fourth bracelet in the same size as the previous ones, it turned out to be too large. I contacted the customer service team and provided them with a picture of the bracelet. They responded by saying that the size was correct and if I wanted it larger, I would have to pay extra. I found this to be very disappointing and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking for another company that values their customers and provides better customer service.
