It is what you expect in a supplier, they were quick when I emailed asking a question, it was reasonably quick at being delivered, I had exactly what I expected in the pack and as it was my first time buying an MRE, I chose a 24hr Ration pack which I spread out over a few days. The only thing I would say I am not a huge fan of is for it to be delivered cost me $57. Overall easy 4/5 for customer service, product quality and speed of delivery with the only real downside being the cost for it.
