Bought drill online and received a confirmation for collection.Went there twice and was told to come later as order not ready.
Got a phone call a week later to say that the drill is not available now.No explanation was provided as to why after payment non available and why I had to waste my time going to store twice ? Why could they not inform me before. Extremely unprofessional .Did not expect this from a big store like B& Q.
