I gave a extremely negative review last week. But have since asked review.co.uk to allow me to amend it.
We had serious concerns about the delay of our kitchen fit after being told that we should expect it within an original agreed timeframe. Moving into a new flat, it can be very difficult living without a kitchen for a few months. No cooking, laundry etc. and especially with a newborn on the way.
Their in store sales rep's were very good at the start of the process. I would give 5 out 5 stars there.
Post however, i.e being told it couldn't be done in the agreed timeframe and the unnecessary calls, time of work to visit the store rep's to try to get the fit back on schedule was stressful enough. Eventually however it was resolved.
Anyway end result, would I do a kitchen fit through B&Q again...probably would yes.
