We had booked a 10 day multi-centre trip in Croatia and Montenegro covering Split, Dubrovnik and Kotor Bay. Jack from Balkan Escapes spent a lot of time providing numerous different itineraries and hotels til I found what best suited what we wanted to do. All travel documents and info were sent through and everything was arranged perfectly. We had numerous different transfers between hotels, cities and countries and they all arrived on time in modern vehicles with English speaking drivers and dropped us off exactly where we needed to be. The accomodation recommended was great and the trip was absolutely perfect and Croatia has become one of my favourite countries!. We had one issue in Kotor where the hotel had been taken over by Hyatt and we were put in a room that we hadn't booked and when I contacted Balkan Escapes about it they immediately offered to help pay for an upgrade which was fantastic customer service. I genuinely cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended
