It was nice to experience a holiday where transfers and tickets were all arranged. The whole process from booking to going away was smooth. We told Jack what we wanted and our needs were met. We were particularly impressed by the suggestions for tours which allowed us to focus our searches. We would certainly book with Balkan Escapes again because the service was comprehensive and made life easy. The hotels were great and all the staff were very friendly.
