Order was shiped within 1 day by Canada Direct Mail and arrived in Canada 8 days later but didn't arrive for another 3 weeks due to Canada Customs and Canada Post being much slower than usual. Shipment time was still within the estimated 15-30 days but before covid was usually closer to 15 days.
Refund process can sometimes be difficult (because BG insists on a video, rather than simply an image showing the problem) but have always received a refund for items that were never received.
