I received my order last weekend. One of the items I purchased was not with my order it was replaced with something different, which none of us liked. I immediately sent an email hoping they would send the correct item. Instead I received nothing, not even a response. Now 5/6 days later I get an email apologizing and asking for a picture of my order. Customer service is lacking! I am not able to provide the picture because we tossed the item out. Now if someone would have responded sooner we might have been able to do so. Won’t ever spend my money on this company again.
