I placed an order on 3/28/20. There was no indication on the website or order confirmation email that the company was experiencing significant delays in shipping due to the coronavirus pandemic. I have reached out twice by email asking about delivery dates and whether I should just cancel the order. No reply. Have now sent a third email, and will cancel order and negotiate a refund through my credit card company if necessary if there's no response by 6/2. I understand: Covid-19 upset a lot of companies' services. But they have made their delays plain on their websites and order confirmations. Very disappointed: the quality of the product looked good.
