In July, I received my 15 carton order of the Natural Dried Pineapple Rings. The first two I opened were very dark, hard and too dry to chew. So I tried to bake with them, but that didn’t work. So after throwing the first two cartons away, I decided to contact their customer service. After about 4 No Replies, I threatened to give a bad review, and “Tal” responded promising I would get 15 cartons resent in September when they got a new shipment—no charge, he said, even after I offered to return the remaining 13 cartons of my original order.
Then, in September, I sent 3-4 emails to “Tal” asking if they had received a new shipment and if I was going to be sent a replacement order as promised. Still no reply.
Today is October 1st. I decided to order my 15 cartons again, since I’ve been a loyal customer and enjoy their dried ginger and pineapple.
So—a fair warning that you may never hear back from “Customer Service”....
