I was given a gas and electricity quote based purely on my monthly payment figure (I wasn't at home at the time to give KwH), which proved inaccurate once I had checked the prices against actual usage.
I found out 4 days later that I had also been signed up for a 247 breakdown service, which whilst I asked for information on (which I never received), I did not sign up to a direct debit for their services
