I was replacing a Rinnai tankless water heater with a new one (had 13 plus years of good service) Any way on the new Tankless they had made a new modification for the Vent pipe so we called Rinnai and they gave us the part number we needed. Called Big Frog and they went right to work on it and the part was shipped 2 day air per my request. Thank you Big Frog you shipped the correct part but Rinnai gave us the wrong part number. I am totally please with Big Frog and the efficient way they got the part to me. definitely 5 Star
