Appalling service, no communication, tried to increase the price by 50% after months of delay. Manager refused to speak to us and sent a message via staff, pay-up the difference in price or go elsewhere.
Absolutely criminal behaviour, shouldn't be allowed to trade.
There is an old saying, the fish rots from the head! I can only imagine how the Franchisees are treated!
