I was looking online for some flowers to send to my daughter in England for a special occasion that I would not be there for. I was not aware that B&M did flowers, but I thought I would give them a try as the prices were quite reasonable. I decided on "Wild Escape". I placed my order shortly after 9pm on a Tuesday and my daughter messaged me this picture of them around 3.00pm the next day. I had paid the £2.95 for tracked delivery. She described them as "beautiful". There was a slight hiccup, so to speak, with my order, but customer services dealt with it so promptly and efficiently, hence why I still gave them 5 stars and placed another order of the "Blush Bouquet" to go to a friend, which she will be surprised to receive hopefully in the next day or 2.
